Federation Purpose:
The Federation aims to foster unity and cooperation among Syrian Turks both registered and living abroad, in social, cultural, and economic fields. It strives to eliminate discrimination between different Turkic ethnic groups, defend the legal rights of Syrian Turks in Turkey and Syria, and support their well-being through financial and moral assistance. The Federation promotes international awareness of the existence and rights of the Turkish community in Syria, supports their educational rights, and seeks international backing through platforms such as the UN and EU.

Establish cooperatives, dormitories, and facilities to support economic and cultural needs

Promote the culture and social development of Syrian Turks

Conduct historical research and surveys

Enhance cooperation with other Turkic communities in the Middle East, Central Asia, and the Balkans

Advocate for equal rights through human rights organizations and international institutions

Support war victims and those affected by natural disasters

Prevent irregular migration from Northern Syria and assist those who arrive in Turkey

Provide dormitories and scholarships for students in need

Establish retirement homes, orphanages, nurseries, and cultural centers

Support the integration of Syrian Turks in Turkey legally and culturally
Activity Areas:

Coordinate among member associations

Organize cultural events and educational seminars

Publish media and documentaries to preserve heritage

Collaborate with Turkish and international institutions for cultural exchange

Support income-generating efforts for member associations

Assist in acquiring dual citizenship

Support integration, legal aid, and welfare assistance for Syrians in Turkey
Membership:
Syrian Turkish associations operating in Turkey that agree with the Federation’s mission may join either as founding or regular members, with proper general assembly authorization. Members retain their legal identity and autonomy while upholding the Federation’s principles.
Loss of Membership:
Membership ends through resignation, expulsion, or loss of legal status. Expulsion may occur due to inactivity, failure to pay dues, or actions against the Federation’s mission. Appeals may be submitted to the General Assembly.
