Project Summary:
The Book Distribution Project aimed to eliminate the shortage of Turkish textbooks in schools and cultural centers located in the Euphrates Shield, Olive Branch and Peace Spring regions. This initiative focused on improving the quality of education by providing the necessary educational resources for students in these regions.
General Purpose of the Project:
The main purpose of the project is to eliminate the shortage of Turkish textbooks in schools and cultural centers in the liberated regions and to increase the quality and access to education in these regions.
Project Outputs and Impact Analysis:
The necessary Turkish textbooks were provided and distributed to the schools and cultural centers determined within the scope of the project. The transformative and developing impact of the project is as follows:
- Increase in Student Achievement and Motivation: Student performance and learning motivation increased.
- Improvement in Access to Education: Education quality and access standards were increased in schools and cultural centers.
- Development of Sustainable Education Models: The project contributed to the development of sustainable education models and resource management.
- Libraries in the places selected as pilot schools by the Ministry of National Education were strengthened.
Tangible Outputs:
- A total of 8,990 books were distributed.
- The distribution was carried out in the Olive Branch, Euphrates Shield and Peace Spring regions.
Outcome:
The Turkish Education Books Distribution Project has successfully addressed the shortage of textbooks in schools and cultural centers in Northern Syria, significantly improving the quality and access to education. The joint work of various stakeholders ensured the successful implementation and sustainability of the project.
